When Is the Fee Paid?
All placement fees are due within 7 days of confirming your nanny placement.
Once payment is made, you’ll receive full onboarding support and continued post-placement care from our team.
Permanent Nanny Placement
Fee: 3 x gross weekly salary
For example:
If your nanny earns £700/week, the placement fee would be £2,100.
This flexible model is widely used across the nanny industry and ensures the placement fee reflects the actual role’s hours and responsibilities.
This includes vetting, reference checks, DBS confirmation, and full placement support.
Less than 12 week Nanny Placement
£20 per day
Minimum fee: £100
Ideal for:
• Holiday cover
• Summer support
• Interim care or short-term placements
This fee structure keeps things simple while ensuring all families still receive full vetting, references, and placement support.
Example: A 6-week booking at 5 days per week = £600 (30 days x £20)
Please note:
The £20/day temporary rate applies only to short-term bookings of up to 12 weeks — such as holiday cover, interim care, or maternity leave support.
12 weeks + Nanny Placements
Fee: 3 x gross weekly salary
We do not offer reduced fees for low-hour roles, as every placement receives the same high standard of service and support.
